Can I change my booking?

Yes. You can change your booking up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. You can do this yourself directly by clicking on the yellow "change booking" button on your confirmation email or send us an email and we'll do it for you.

Do you have toilet facilities?

Please be aware that we unfortunately don't offer restroom/toilet facilities. Here's a list of public toilets in Brussels.

Do you offer a happiness guarantee?

Yes. We want you to have a great time while you're with us. If for any reason you're not happy with your experience, we'll refund your payment in full.

Is there a place where I can store my bags?

You can safely store your bags for a fee in the public lockers located inside Brussels Central train station. Visit Belgian Rail website for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. There are no refunds for late arrivals or no shows, sorry.

What language is the tour available in?

We only offer tours in English.

Are there any age restrictions?

There are no age restrictions. Children under 10 can join free of charge.

How do I get from Brussels National airport to the bike tour meeting point at the Grand-Place?

The easiest and cheapest way is to take the train at the airport (one every 15 minutes) and to get off at Brussels Central station (17 minute ride). From there walk 5 minutes to the Grand-Place.

How do I get from Brussels-Midi/Zuid (south) train station to the bike tour meeting point at the Royal Galleries?

You can either walk 30 minutes or take trams 3, 4, or 32 and get off at “Bourse” stop, from there walk 5 minutes to the Royal-Galleries (20 minute overall trip time). A taxi would take 15 minutes and cost you about 10 Euros.

How long does the tour last?

Tour lasts 2 hours, from 2 pm to 4 pm. Chocolate tours are offered daily.

I'm allergic to nuts, have lactose or gluten intolerance. Can I still join?

Just warn your guide about this before the start of the tour, she'll be able to accommodate.

Is the tour on foot?

Yes. Total walking distance is 900 meters or 0.559234 US miles.

What happens if it rains?

The tour is offered rain or shine (or hail or snow).

What language is the tour available in?

We only offer tours in English.

Where is the meeting point?

We meet at the Royal Galleries of Saint Hubert, located a few steps off the Grand-Place. You’ll receive precise meeting point information by email right after you book.

Are there any age or height restrictions?

Guests need to be at least at least 1,50 m (4' 11") tall to join the bike tour.

Are there any uphill roads?

We've designed the bike tour so that it is as safe and effortless as possible. There are only about 300 meters (0.1864113576712 miles) of uphill roads, in which case we either get off the bike and walk or take an elevator (yes, there is an elevator at some point that we can take with our bikes). The rest is either flat or downhill.

Do you have child seats?

We don't have child seats unfortunately.

Do you have e-bikes?

We do not offer e-bikes, we only offer regular bikes.

Do you provide helmets?

We do not provide helmets, they are not mandatory in Belgium. You're welcome to bring your own if you wish.

Do you provide the bikes?

Yes we do. We have different sizes for your comfort. We don't offer e-bikes.

We've had guests of all ages, shapes and sizes joining our tour throughout these years and they've ll been able to finish it without issues. There is no need to worry, this is not the Tour de France ;-)

Tour lasts 3.5 hours. From 10 am to 1:30 pm. Ride is 13 km long or 8,0778255 miles.

Is it safe to bike in Brussels?

Yes it is, if it wasn’t, we wouldn’t be doing it ourselves. We make sure you have a fun and safe ride.

Is there a place where I can store my bags?

You can safely store your bags in the public lockers located inside Brussels Central train station for a fee. Visit Belgian Rail website for more information.

What happens if it rains?

We offer tours rain or shine (or hail or snow). Believe it or not, we had a tour once in which it rained, hailed and snowed and it didn't stop us! Some of our guests actually loved it, they were from Malaysia and they had never seen neither snow nor hail in their lives. Oh, and downpours are very rare in Brussels in case you wonder.

What language is the tour available in?

We only offer tours in English.

What should I bring?

We recommend you bring a a bottle of water, rainwear depending on the weather forecast and gloves in cold weather.

Are there any age restrictions?

Can I take the tours on different dates and still get a discount?

Yes. You can take the bike tour on one day and the chocolate tour on another if you prefer and still get a combo discount. You can take them both on the same day of course.

The experience lasts 6 hours. The bike tour lasts 3.5 hours and the chocolate tour 2 hours. There is a 5 minute walk between the place where the bike tour ends and the chocolate tour's meeting point. There is a 10 minute walk between the place where the chocolate tour ends and the bike tour's meeting point
